Discover seasonal wild plants and fungi that can be foraged during Springtime. Learn what’s good to eat, as well as what not to eat, plus take home delicious recipe ideas. There’ll be a chance to taste wild plants way and create your own wild herb infusions. Plants we can expect to see include Nettles, Wild Garlic, Ground Elder, Hawthorn and Cleavers. Mushrooms may include Wood Ear and Turkey Tail Mushrooms.
